1. General

PaperClip is a B2B platform; payments for products/services between Buyers and Suppliers are handled outside our app unless explicitly stated.


2. Digital Fees (if applicable)

If PaperClip charges any subscription or processing fees, refunds will be handled as follows:


3. Refund Eligibility

  • Fees paid for services not delivered (e.g., subscription not activated): full refund if requested within 7 days
  • Finance processing fees paid: non-refundable after application submission
  • Platform commission on transactions: non-refundable once service is completed

4. Refund Process

Requests must be emailed to info@gopaperclip.in within 7 calendar days of payment. PaperClip will verify and process a refund within 15 business days.


5. Disputes Between Users

Refunds for products ordered between a Buyer and Supplier are governed by their agreement. PaperClip is not responsible for settling payment disputes between users.


6. Cancellation Charges

If an order or finance application is cancelled after processing begins, fees may apply.
